Agency pools and candidate discovery

CVs uploaded by an agency belong to its private workspace. Creating a Jobs profile does not make it discoverable. You choose whether recruiters can discover it. Applying shares your profile and CV with that job’s recruiting agency. An agency can retain an application it has already received even if you later turn discovery off.

What we store

We store account details, the profile and CV information you provide, job requirements, applications, assessment results, and recruitment activity. Matching uses these records to show criterion scores and source evidence. You can edit your profile and discovery choice from Profile.

Connected tools and billing

Recruit can use your existing Sonder account. Sign-in and two-factor checks are completed by Sonder’s main account service. Lite stores an encrypted session reference and checks that your account remains active; it does not copy your main password. Your full workspace’s existing jobs and candidate records remain available in the full product.

If you connect a calendar, we store the connection needed to create the interview events you request. Creating an event shares its details with that calendar provider; an invitation is sent only when you choose to send one. You can disconnect the calendar from the Calendar page.

You can save your Calendly booking link and include it in an outreach draft. Opening that link takes you to Calendly. Sharing a link does not send an invitation or confirm a booking inside Sonder.

If you use a project or practice integration, we store the work and results you submit through it. Integration tokens grant the access described when you create them; keep them private and revoke tokens you no longer need.

Paid checkout is handled by the payment provider. We store subscription and payment references, amounts, billing periods and payment status to manage access and receipts. Card details are entered with the provider, not in Sonder’s application forms.

Your control

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data through shourya@sonderai.in. Do not upload identity documents, financial account information or sensitive personal records to a CV field.

Product measurement

We measure page visits, referral campaigns and product activity using random first-party browser and session identifiers. Signed-in activity can be linked to your account to understand activation and retention; account details are restricted to the authorized owner dashboard. We do not use advertising pixels or fingerprinting.

You can turn off browser usage measurement for this browser below. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable it. This choice does not remove account, billing, security or product records needed to operate your account, and does not change measurement choices on another browser or Sonder domain.
