Lite trial and subscription
Sonder Recruit Lite starts with a 14-day trial, then costs ₹2,499 per month per recruiter. No card is required to start a trial. A trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. Any recurring payment requires a separate checkout and your authorization. Plus and Pro are upcoming plans. Sonder Jobs remains free for candidates. Server-enforced usage and upload limits are displayed in the workspace.
Renewal, cancellation and account access
A subscription renews monthly until you cancel automatic renewal from Billing. If you have a paid period remaining, cancelling renewal keeps access until that period ends. Cancelling before the first paid period prevents renewal into a paid period. A checkout return screen alone does not activate paid access; confirmed payment determines access.
When trial or paid access ends, your agency can still view and export existing records. Workspace changes and new applications to its job links pause until access is restored. Contact shourya@sonderai.in about a billing issue or refund request; cancelling renewal does not by itself refund an earlier payment.
People make hiring decisions
Scores summarize evidence against selected job criteria. They are not guarantees, hiring probabilities or automated rejection decisions. Review parsed information and the evidence before acting. Recruiters are responsible for job accuracy, appropriate evaluation criteria and permission to process uploaded CVs.
Practice and communications
Skill practice and submitted projects are not identity, authorship or background verification. Outreach tools prepare drafts for you to review and send. A connected calendar can create an interview event and, only when you choose, send an invitation. Review recipients and event details before confirming. Do not use the service for deceptive jobs, spam or discrimination.
